Today, I will be talking about my morning and night time skincare routine. Since some of the products I use are the same in both routines, I decided to knock them both out in the same post.
As always, all products listed are cruelty free.
I know from personal experience that both Burt’s Bees and Pixi are reputable companies that do not use harsh chemicals. They are two of the few companies I trust for Skincare. I used to use Lush as well, which is also a reputable company, but I made the full switch to Pixi when I found that I much preferred their products.

Morning Skincare Routine:
After trying this Burt’s Bees daisy cleanser, I have never used anything else and I’ve never looked back. This product is great for you if you struggle with sensitive skin. While I personally do not have sensitive skin, my best friend does, and almost all skincare products will make her break out in hives. I recommended this cleanser because I have never heard of any case where someone has broken out after using Burt’s Bees. Their products are notorious for being extremely natural. Not to mention, this cleanser costs a fraction of what you would pay for a high end product of the same quality. I can’t recommend this cleanser enough!
Pixi Rose Caviar Essence
I have been noticing that since I’ve started applying this serum twice a day, my skin has become noticeably brighter. Plus, I love anything rose!
Pixi Rose Oil Blend
My favorite part of my morning routine! I love putting rose oil on my face in the mornings. It smells incredible and is extremely calming. Since I don’t have particularly dry (or oily) skin, I use this in place of moisturizer. If you are prone to having dry skin, I would recommend adding moisturizer after this step.
Pixi Rose Flash Balm
I do not use this product everyday, and I generally only use it before applying makeup. I rarely use primer, and I prefer to use this product in place of primer. Like the rose oil, this balm smells amazing!
Nighttime Skincare Routine
I use the same cleanser, both day and night.
Price: $15 (100mL) $29 (250mL)
I used to use the Lush Tea Tree water toner, but this Pixi product puts the Lush toner to shame. It is much more brightening than Lush and feels so much better on the skin. The only thing I don’t like is the packaging because I prefer spraying toner on my face rather than having to use cotton pads. I wasn’t willing to give up my glow tonic, so I found a way to work around it. What I ended up doing was rinsing out the empty spray bottle for that used to have the Lush toner and filling it with the Pixi tonic. This has worked out really well!
Pixi Rose Caviar Essence
I use this serum twice a day, so I apply this in my nighttime routine as well.
While I do not have particularly dry skin, I use an extra hydrating moisturizer at night because I only moisturize once a day (I prefer using rose oil in the mornings, which I use in place of moisturizer). Since I technically only moisturize once a day, I chose a deep hydration moisturizer to make up for it. This moisturizer is perfect for you if you struggle with dry skin. Not only is this product incredibly hydrating, the price is far cheaper than many inferior products I’ve tried in the past. Don’t waste your money on high end moisturizers; this moisturizer proves that sometimes cheaper really is better!
